My former colleague Lina Blackman talked about the experimentation program at Squarespace on The Experimentation Edge show. Lina runs a great program with a focus on how everything ladders up and impacts company outputs.
James Piacentini of Mapbox built a fun map of third places in NYC, using OpenStreetMap, the Google Places API, and other sources, and built 12,000+ ‘soul summaries’ (short AI-generated descriptions of each place’s vibe) using Generative AI tools.
Sam Kerns of Recast wrote up A Practitioner’s Guide to Counterfactuals, in particular in the context of measuring the impact of paid media spend. This is a good introduction if you aren’t familiar with the technique!
